RV Policies

Delivery and Drop-Off Fees: Texas deliveries only. 

If you would like the RV delivered to a location more than 50 miles outside of our residing zip code of 77379, the following delivery fees will apply:

Standard Delivery: Free for locations within 50 miles of the 77379 zip code.

Extended Delivery Fees:

51-75 miles: $100 flat fee

76-100 miles: $150 flat fee

101-125 miles: $200 flat fee

126-150+ miles: $250 flat fee

Please ensure to provide the exact delivery address when booking to accurately calculate the delivery fee.

Rates and Fees:

Rental Rate: $135 per night (fully equipped with pots/pans, towels, coffee maker, cups, coffee mugs, plasticware, lawn chairs, travel toiletries, bedding for Queen bed, extra bedding for bunk beds/sofa sleeper). Food and drinks not included.

Security Deposit: 50% of the total rental cost with full remainder due upon delivery of RV or pick-up by Renter (start date).

Additional Fees:

Generator Rental: $25 per day (gas fill-ups are required of Renter after the first fill-up by Owner)

Pet Damage Fee: $150 if there is damage caused by pets (damage to RV furniture, eaten furniture, damaged interior materials, chewed furniture, pee/poop damage, etc.)

Cleaning Fee: $150 if the RV is returned in a condition that requires extensive cleaning (foul odor of any kind, food/drink disposal, mud clean-up, water damage, exterior/interior damage, pet odor, pet clean-up (pee/poop), bottles/beer cans unopened/opened, heavy trash).

Event Delivery Fee: Additional one-time fee of $50 for events such as concerts, rodeos, or college events due to additional check-in process

Late Arrival Fee: $50 for the first hour if renters are not present at the agreed drop-off time; $25 for each additional hour

Cancellation Policy:

14 Days or More Before Rental Date: $25 administration fee

Less Than 14 Days Before Rental Date: $100 cancellation fee

Renters must be at least 25 years old and hold a valid driver’s license.

Renters must provide proof of insurance or purchase insurance through Eazy RV Rentals.

A 50% security deposit is required at the time of rental with full remainder paid upon start date or pick-up of RV. See FAQ's for cancelation policy. Credit Card, Debit Card, Zelle or Venmo are accepted.

The minimum rental period is typically three days (Friday-Sunday), but this can vary based on the season and availability.

Reservations can be canceled or modified up to 14 days before the rental date with a $25 fee.

Cancellations or modifications within 14 days of the rental date may incur a $100 fee.

Pick-up of RV is available with the proper vehicle. Texas travel only is allowed with the RV.
