To rent an RV from Eazy RV Rentals, you must be at least 25 years old and possess a valid driver’s license.
A: A standard, valid driver’s license is required to rent the RV.
A: Yes, insurance is required if you are picking up and hauling RV with your own vehicle. You can either provide proof of your own insurance that covers RV rentals or purchase insurance through Eazy RV Rentals.
A: The rental rate includes the cost of the RV, basic amenities such as kitchenware, bedding, and lawn chairs. Generator, one full tank of gas, and tent are available for for an additional fee.
A: Yes, you can cancel or modify your reservation up to 14 days before your rental date with a $25 penalty fee. Cancellations or modifications within 14 days of the rental date will incur a $100 fee.
A: Yes, if the RV is returned in a condition that requires extensive cleaning, a fee of $150 will be charged. If cleaning fee is not paid, we will attempt to collect through your insurance for damage.

Event drop-off and pick-up (a wait-time fee will be applied if Renters are not at event drop-off zone at arrival of the RV)

A: Yes, there is an automatic $50 fee added for the additional check-in process required by event security at the drop-off location. Additionally, if the renters are not present at the RV drop-off location at the agreed time, there will be a $50 fee for the first hour of waiting and a $25 fee for each subsequent hour.
A: Yes, the RV is pet-friendly. Please inform us at the time of booking if you plan to bring pets, as additional cleaning fees may apply.
A: No, RVs that are delivered to a site are not allowed to be moved. Our RV is equipped with GPS tracking to ensure they remain at the delivery location.
A: In the event of a breakdown, we offer 24/7 roadside assistance. Contact us immediately, and we will arrange for necessary repairs or a replacement vehicle if needed.
